Sophie is the spirited, loving dog who inspired Paws & Miles. She's been on every major road trip, helped test every piece of gear, and has a habit of taking the best seat in the vehicle.

She's proof that every dog deserves a travel experience filled with love, comfort, and plenty of rest stops. On the road, she keeps spirits high and reminds us exactly who we're doing this for.

Hi, I'm Crystal — founder of Crystal & Sophie’s Pet Transport and lifelong animal lover based in Federal Way, Washington.

What started as a deep passion for caring for animals evolved into a mission: giving pet owners complete peace of mind while their furry family members travel safely across the country.

My four-legged co-pilot Sophie inspired this entire journey, and she's a reminder every single day of why I do what I do. I treat every animal in my care like they're my own — because to me, they are.
